Broward Health Medical Center Shift: Shift 1 FTE: 1.000000 Summary: Performs pre-registration and insurance verification functions for inpatients/outpatients in order to ensure the integrity of demographic and financial information gathered to ensure payment from the payors in addition to communicating to the regional financial counselors to communicate patient responsibilities or follow-up. Ensures appropriate notification and communication about status and where to send clinical information to obtain authorization from the various payors.
