Key Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patients' conditions and communicate findings to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Develop and implement patient care plans. Provide patient education and support to patients and families. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements: Valid RN license for the state of Pennsylvania. Strong clinical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
