JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Software Development, the Technology Coordinator facilitates the efficient operation and goals of the Information Technology department by performing a variety of tasks. This role involves completing assigned administrative and support tasks with precision. This position may also assist with special projects as needed. Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain IT Software and Data SOP documentation. Data entry via USEF's in-house software system and directly in database tables. Monitor Data Quality and cleanup data as assigned. Assist Data Team with Ad Hoc Queries and manual audits. Assist with troubleshooting issues as they arise. Interact with and maintain positive working relationships with representatives from affiliate and partner organizations. Responsible for inputting and maintaining affiliate and partner organization membership records, horse records, and special results programs and queries. Facilitate company wide and member facing zoom webinars Run regular reports. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong Active Listening skills and ability to take direction. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Experience working in Microsoft Excel and the ability to write basic SQL queries are a plus. Education and Experience:High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. Two years clerical or customer service experience preferred. Basic information technology experience preferred. Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
