Logistics Field Support Rep - Coastal

Job Summary: C.R. Jackson is hiring a Logistics Field Support Representative to support material hauling operations across our Coastal division. In this role, you'll oversee field activities for both subcontracted and internal dump truck haulers, helping ensure materials move safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You'll work alongside a supportive team that values safety, accountability, and doing the job right. What You'll Do: Monitor material hauling operations at job sites and asphalt plants Ensure hauling assets are operating safely and according to schedule Communicate field-related issues with job site supervisors and dispatch Maintain regular communication with drivers to promote safe transport Ensure compliance with company policies and FMCSA regulations Use technology and tracking tools to support logistics and recordkeeping Maintain a safety-first mindset while delivering high-quality support Communicate respectfully and work together to keep operations running safely and efficiently Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements What We're Looking For: Prior experience dispatching or coordinating commercial vehicles preferred Ability to communicate clearly with foremen, subcontractors, drivers, and partners Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a high-production, deadline-driven environment Comfortable using technology for tracking, communication, and recordkeeping Valid driver's license with ability to travel within South Carolina Motor vehicle record meeting company driver standards Strong attendance and safety record Willingness to work nights or weekends as project schedules require Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening Physical Requirements: Regular standing and walking throughout the shift Extended periods of driving to job sites Ability to sit or stand for long periods during day or night operations Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Life insurance for employee and dependents Short- and long-term disability insurance Paid holidays and vacation Merit bonus program Supportive team and opportunities for advancement About C.R.
