Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses physical, psychosocial, educational, and growth and development needs of the patient. Develops a written plan of care using assessment data and provides teaching and guidance to patient and/or family as well as staff members. Implements nursing plan of care on assigned patients and communicates to them their needs and assessments.
