Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health qualification, coupled with ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Required Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) attained within one year of employment. Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
