Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Foreman or Crew Lead to oversee daily job site operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial construction, is comfortable leading crews, and can coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on schedule and on budget. Benefits Include: • 100% paid for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for the employee • 401(k) with match • Holiday pay • PTO • Training and advancement opportunities Responsibilities: • Supervise and lead field crews on commercial construction projects. • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. • Coordinate with the project manager and other trades to maintain workflow. • Track materials, equipment, and manpower needs. • Conduct safety meetings and enforce job site safety policies. • Maintain daily reports and communicate progress to management. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction (foreman or lead role preferred). • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
