In your role as a Senior Automation and Controls Specialist, you will: Design and develop moderately complex instrumentation and control systems utilizing advanced design practices. Create specifications, HMI graphics, and PLC programming, alongside generating detailed reports. Play a key role in the testing and startup phase of control systems, reviewing intricate shop drawings and providing oversight during testing stages. Lead and mentor junior team members to uphold high standards of quality and excellence in their work. Assist in marketing initiatives by contributing to proposal sections and creating impactful presentations. Engage in various automation projects as needed to drive the team's success. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. 5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent industry experience in lieu of a degree). Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (travel frequency may vary). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Water/Wastewater projects is highly desirable.
