Production Supervisor

Position Title: Production Supervisor - BilingualWage: $27.40/hourShift: 1stHours: 6:00am - 2:30pmAre your skills not being fully utilized? This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply now!Production Supervisor Responsibilities: - Review staff positions and attendance to adjust staff daily assignments as needed - Approve and track absences and time off requests for the department (employees and temps), and review payroll on a bi-weekly basis to ensure team is paid correctly - Supervise, train and motivate production teams across production lines - Schedule production jobs to meet or exceed customer deadlines and expectations - Develop working knowledge of thread materials, backing, hooping and running an embroidery machine - Develop working knowledge of ink formulation, screen burning and reclaiming, automatic screen-printing machines, and fabric specific drying requirements - Perform screen printing proofing, order processing, art separation and film production - Verify product quality meets high quality standardsRequirements for Production Supervisor: - Bilingual in English and Spanish (both reading and speaking) - High School Diploma or equivalent experience - At least two years of experience leading a team - At least three years of embroidery and screen print experience - Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills - Willingness to research and implement new processes and new ways to use existing resources - Computer literate with familiarity with Microsoft Office products - Working knowledge of OSHA safety and reporting requirements, 10-Hour Course certification a 019QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
