Oracle Health Government Services is on the lookout for a distinguished and effective leader for the role of Senior Federal Project Leader. This seasoned project management professional will deliver innovative and high-quality leadership in complex project scenarios. Using independent judgment, you will oversee large-scale client implementations to ensure quality outcomes, timely delivery, and adherence to budget while exceeding customer expectations. You will analyze business needs to ensure Oracle’s solutions align with client objectives, integrating industry best practices with product expertise. Your role will include applying Oracle's methodologies and maintaining compliance with contractual obligations, effectively mitigating risk for the company. As a project lead, you will guide and mentor project teams while navigating a matrix management environment and influencing decisions at the executive level. Close collaboration with customers is key to understanding and managing their project expectations. This position requires commuting to the Arlington, VA office four days per week. Key Responsibilities Ensure adherence to the project scope, contractual commitments, and financial accountability outlined in the Task Order Performance Work Statement (TO PWS). Manage the scope of large-scale, multi-site task orders with varying complexity. Oversee staffing levels to stay aligned with the project timeline. Support and manage 3rd party supplier contracts to ensure alignment with staffing and resource requirements. Analyze and monitor project hours, actual performance against forecasts, and identify root causes for significant variances to drive improvements. Document lessons learned, focusing on continuous process improvement. Engage closely with customers to manage project expectations effectively. Coordinate the creation and updating of contractual deliverables, ensuring high quality and client acceptance. Provide guidance and mentorship to delivery teams and fellow project members. Gather details for Work at Risk Approvals proactively. Manage risks and issues effectively by coordinating closely with the delivery team. Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule to identify potential delays or progress issues. Facilitate Monthly Performance Management meetings with clients. Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication with the delivery team. Support internal Project Management Reviews (PMRs) and Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) for assigned task orders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience in leading project teams or managing projects. Proficient in project management principles. Experience working effectively in a matrix management environment. Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors. Expertise in products, technology, or industry specific to the role. Sales skills are a plus. Willingness to travel as necessary. U.S. citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. Compensation: The salary range for this role in the U.S. is $87,000 to $178,100 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity based on performance.
