Electrically-focused Project Superintendent Gpac is a national executive search firm with a dedication to connecting skilled professionals in the electrical construction industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Superintendent to join a reputable electrical contractor. Compensation & Benefits: Attractive base salary commensurate with experience Incentive bonuses available Comprehensive health insurance package 401K plan Paid vacation time Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and manage all field operations on commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects Ensure timely project completion within budget while adhering to safety and quality standards Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and field staff to facilitate seamless workflow Supervise, mentor, and develop foremen, electricians, and apprentices to maintain exemplary performance Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies Review project blueprints, specifications, and site conditions to avert challenges and guarantee quality installations Oversee material procurement, deliveries, and logistics to enhance operational efficiency Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates to clients, contractors, and internal teams Troubleshoot electrical systems and swiftly resolve on-site issues Monitor, track, and report job performance updates to project managers and company leadership Qualifications: 7+ years in electrical construction with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role Proven ability to manage teams and oversee commercial, industrial, and institutional projects Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and industry regulations Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and project documents Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Skilled in job site coordination and scheduling Stable work history OSHA 30 certification is beneficial Preferred but Not Required: Journeyman or Master Electrician license Your resume will remain confidential and only be shared with potential employers after a detailed discussion about the opportunity.
