If you’re looking for a stable opportunity in a fast-paced production environment, AO Swag may be a great fit.About the RoleAO Swag is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Embroidery Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on manufacturing role responsible for operating embroidery equipment in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.This position is well suited for individuals who value consistency, follow procedures, and take pride in producing high-quality work in a structured production environment.What You’ll Be Doing Program production sheets into embroidery machines according to work instructionsOperate embroidery machines in compliance with safety, quality, and production standardsLoad thread and materials accurately and verify setup prior to productionLoad and unload hats and apparel using approved fixtures and jigsInspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standardsPerform minor machine adjustments and promptly report equipment issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with company and OSHA guidelines What We’re Looking For Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safetyComfortable working on your feet for the duration of the shiftBasic computer skills for machine operation and production trackingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs occasionallyReliable attendance and punctualityHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to successfully pass a background check Previous embroidery or sewing experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.Schedule & Physical RequirementsSchedule Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.Overtime may be required during peak production periods in accordance with business needs Physical Requirements Prolonged standing and repetitive hand movementsFrequent reaching, bending, and hand-eye coordinationOccasional lifting of boxes or materials weighing up to 50 lbsUse of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Safety & Compliance Expectations Adhere to all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and workplace standardsParticipate in required safety training and compliance programsReport unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses immediatelyMaintain compliance with attendance, timekeeping, and workplace conduct policies Equal Opportunity & Compliance StatementAO Swag is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
