Job Title: Property Service Foreman Location: 5000 Resource Dr., Fort Worth, TX Work Schedule: On-call as needed Work Type: Temporary to Hire Dress Code: Casual, onsite position Join Our Team as a Property Service Foreman! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Service Foreman to oversee maintenance and repair operations at our Fort Worth facility. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team, manage building systems, and ensure the property's optimal functionality. This is a hands-on, in-person position with potential for permanent employment. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise maintenance staff to perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other trades. Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to building operations. Manage vendor relationships, sourcing, and overseeing outsourced services to ensure quality and cost-efficiency. Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and develop plans for repairs and upgrades. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues during on-call hours. Qualifications & Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, with demonstrated expertise in building systems, repair, and maintenance planning. Trade Skills & Certifications: Licensed maintenance skills or relevant trade certifications such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certifications are preferred. Licenses: Valid Texas Driver's License. Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience managing maintenance teams. Additional Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and excellent communication.
