Volunteers are essential to the daily care of the ranch and help create a safe, steady environment for both people and animals. This is a hands-on, outdoor volunteer opportunity. Volunteers serve as part of a team and are expected to follow ranch standards and safety procedures. Responsibilities may include: Assisting with horse care, feeding, grooming, and walking Supporting kids programming by helping maintain a safe environment Caring for small animals in our Critter Corner Helping with gardening, landscaping, and general ranch upkeep Assisting during events or special programs as needed Qualifications & Expectations: Willingness to learn and follow procedures Comfortable with outdoor, physical activity Reliable and consistent in scheduled shifts Able to work well as part of a team No prior horse experience required All volunteers complete orientation and training before serving.
