There is no base salary. This role is designed for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.We provide structured training, scripts, insurance education, and ongoing support. If you follow the system and stay consistent, your earning potential is uncapped.What You’ll Be Doing Door-to-door prospecting in designated storm-affected areasScheduling and conducting roof inspectionsIdentifying potential storm damage (training provided)Assisting homeowners with the insurance claim processAttending adjuster meetingsFollowing up with homeowners every 48 hoursMaintaining accurate documentation and photo recordsMeeting weekly activity and appointment minimums This is an active, field-based position.
