Position Title: Ultrasound Technologist (Allied Health) Facility: Winchester Hospital - LWIN Location: 41 Highland Ave, Winchester, MA 01890 Shift: Evenings - Saturday to Wednesday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: April 28, 2025 Position Overview: Winchester Hospital is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for an evening shift assignment. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program with at least two years of experience and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Perform ultrasounds of the abdomen, pelvis, transvaginal (TV), small parts, DVT, and OB (1st and 3rd trimester), including BPP. Maintain high imaging standards and patient care throughout all procedures. Requirements: Certification: ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) BLS Certification (American Heart Association) Active Massachusetts State License (required at time of submission) Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience (general experience preferred) Must be able to work independently COVID-19 vaccine + booster required at submission Flu vaccine (2024-2025 season) required at submission (no declinations accepted) If not yet vaccinated, attestation of intent to receive before start is acceptable Additional Notes: Local candidates are not being accepted Candidates cannot have worked (permanent or travel) at any Beth Israel facility within the last 6 months
