Electrical Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Multi-Craft TechnicianLocation: Goshen, IN Role Overview The Maintenance Multi-Craft Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and metal fabrication equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on laser cutting equipment (Amada and CY lasers), including PMs and consumable replacement. Troubleshoot and maintain CNC turret punches and press brakes. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic equipment (Fanuc robots). Maintain welding automation systems and wire feeders. Perform general facility maintenance, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and groundskeeping. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of industrial or multi-craft maintenance experience. Formal electrical training (50+ hours) with demonstrated competency working with 24V-480V electrical circuits. Ability to use a multimeter and read electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics. Must provide and maintain basic hand tools. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with PLCs, welding, HVAC systems, and robotic troubleshooting is a plus.
