Robotic Welder

Job Full Description Hours: 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00pm - 1:00am Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00am - 6:00pm Pay: $20.00 /HR Duties: Move parts and materials manually or using a jib crane, overhead crane, or forklift as needed. Set up, program, and adjust robotic welding equipment to ensure quality welds. Maintain a high level of focus and attention to detail throughout the welding process. Operate robotic welding machines to weld materials according to customer specifications. Perform inspections of welded parts to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Communicate effectively with previous and upcoming shifts regarding work progress and any issues. Ensure proper setup, safe operation, and storage of welding materials and equipment. Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to robotic welding systems as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications: Minimum of one (1) year of experience setting up and programming robotic welders. At least one (1) year of welding experience in an industrial setting (preferred). Strong understanding of various weld types and the ability to interpret weld specifications. Proficiency in using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers. Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. Knowledge of welding equipment, materials, and fuel types. Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds independently and handle heavier objects with assistance from cranes, forklifts, or team members. What does Express offer to you? Weekly paychecks!
