Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certification Requirements Acquire ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining. Ensure ongoing maintenance of your certification throughout your tenure.
