Read and interpret drawings and specifications. Document all job site activity via daily reports including photographs. Maintain a working relationship with all local inspectors and code enforcement officials. Obtain all necessary inspections in order to receive all final permit sign offs/certificates of occupancy. Healthcare, Education, Multi-family, Senior Living, Mixed-use, experience a plus Leadership experience, excellent communication skills, highly organized, motivator, ability to prioritize, strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to evaluate staff strengths and weaknesses and provide training to enhance personnel, disciplined and organized thinker, Excellent teaching and mentoring skills Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
