No Position Summary Information Job Description Summary Duties include clerical/secretarial duties as detailed by supervisor instruction. Required Education High School graduation or equivalent Required Experience Experience in office setting; customer service; data entry; public speaking Preferred EducationPreferred Experience Experience in an educational setting; experience with public presentations; experience with data-entry; bilingual in Spanish Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answering phone calls and responding to messages; processing electronic and paper financial aid applications; scanning student documents into electronic database system; answering student questions pertaining to financial aid; conducting financial aid presentations on-campus as well as to area high schools which will include evenings.
