Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment. Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout your career.
