Test Lead with Performance Testing

Job Location: Plano, TX; Phoenix AZ; Designation: Test Lead with Performance Testing Job Summary The Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing performance testing activities using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner. This role involves ensuring the quality of software applications by conducting performance tests, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for improvements. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and analyze a comprehensive suite of performance workloads and system benchmarks using JMeter and Gatling for release readiness. Collaborate closely with system and application developers to gather non-functional testing requirements and deliver performance fixes and proactive optimizations. Design, prototype, and evaluate improvements to system performance, scalability, and reliability. Troubleshoot and enhance performance test scripts with strong technical debugging and scripting skills. Conduct benchmarking, performance analysis, and capacity modeling to support system capacity planning. Configure and maintain performance testing setups within CI/CD pipelines, including issue investigation and resolution. Utilize APM tools such as Datadog to identify bottlenecks, pinpoint root causes, and provide actionable performance insights
