Join Beacon Cancer Care as an Outpatient Nurse Practitioner (NP) and play a vital role in delivering advanced, patient-centered oncology care. Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care between departments. Build professional relationships within the hospital to bridge the multidisciplinary care for patients in the hospital setting. Work closely with a collaborating physician to improve the decision-making process for patients in the outpatient clinic. Conduct assessments, interpret diagnostics, and develop individualized treatment plans. Manage acute and long-term oncology care, including treatment monitoring and patient education. Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and mentor healthcare professionals. Support protocol development, quality improvement, and outcome tracking. Education: MSN (preferred) & accredited NP program completion. Experience: 2+ years in oncology nursing or comparable NP internship preferred.
