Position Overview: We are actively seeking reliable and experienced CDL Class A OTR Freight Drivers to transport freight warehouse-to-warehouse across our growing national hub network. This position is a 1099 independent contractor role that offers substantial mileage and strong earning potential, with the possibility of making between $150,000 and $200,000+ annually. What We Offer: Mileage-based pay starting at $0.80 per mile Annual earning potential of $150,000 - $200,000+ Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on over-the-road (OTR) routes Transport freight between our warehouses and partner locations Maintain on-time pick-ups and deliveries, adhering to assigned schedules and routes Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, addressing any mechanical issues promptly Ensure secure transport of cargo as required by load type Comply with all DOT regulations, safety standards, and traffic laws Communicate route status, delays, and delivery updates with dispatch Maintain accurate trip documentation and delivery paperwork Represent Roadway Moving professionally at all locations Qualifications: Valid CDL Class A license Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience Experience in a moving company is preferred but not required Clean driving record and ability to meet insurance requirements Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings Strong safety mindset and knowledge of DOT compliance Reliable and professional work ethic with the ability to work independently Willingness to engage in long-haul travel and flexible scheduling Ready to take the next step in your driving career?
