Strivector's premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position. POSITION OVERVIEW As Maintenance & Reliability Manager your roles and responsibilities will include: Broadly - Maintain operations of plant and equipment in a state capable of delivering planned production levels with required product quality, in line with maintenance cost targets. Responsible for all equipment repairs to include coordination with outside resources as needed. Monitor repair progress by keeping an indicator of work progress against the plan. Update the progress of each job; initiate corrective actions as required. Comply with all lock out tag out and other safety norms and regulations set by the industry. Coordinate with production management to establish short/ mid/ long term priorities and schedule repairs accordingly. Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment, and initiate reordering, when necessary, in coordination with maintenance planner. Track, evaluate, and drive improvement in department KPIs including MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and post-PM performance. Support TPM initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Maintenance & Reliability Manager who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Maintenance & Reliability Manager would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following: Bachelor's degree preferred. Combination of technical education and experience will be considered. 3+ years as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing setting. Maintenance experience required on electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
