The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and fluency in Lithuanian. The Sales Producer will be responsible for expanding our living benefits and life insurance book of business.We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven individual who is passionate about helping people and has a proven sales track record. The successful candidate will excel at building relationships with clients and delivering personalized service.Responsibilities:Proactively contact clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendationsCultivate and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and guidanceStay current on life insurance products and industry trends to better serve clientsWork collaboratively with team members to meet company and individual sales goalsRequirements:Proven sales experience, with expertise in tracking, developing, following up, and closing leadsStrong multitasking and computer skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal communicationFamiliarity with sales software (Infusionsoft knowledge a plus)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailActive P&C Producer LicenseFluent or native in Lithuanian or Russian1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent in the insurance industryIf you're a highly motivated and skilled Sales Producer fluent in Lithuanian, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.This is a remote position.
