Job Summary As a Tire Sales and Installation Specialist, you will assist members in selecting and purchasing tires, perform installations and repairs, maintain tire bay documentation, and adhere to tire bay policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Assist members in the tire selection process and provide exceptional service at the tire desk. Install, balance, and repair tires, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the tire bay and waiting area. Accurately manage tire inventory and utilize special order programs effectively. Comply with all club policies and safety regulations. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals and maintain member satisfaction. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. A valid driver's license and the ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles are required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn. Prior tire installation experience is preferred, and successful completion of Michelin training is required within three months of hire. Able to lift over 30 pounds with assistance. Work Environment: Exposure to various indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Continuous standing and mobility on hard surfaces. Frequent lifting and handling of heavy or awkward items, and working around machinery and equipment. In alignment with pay transparency requirements, the estimated compensation range for this role is $17.75 - $22.19 per hour, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
