Your Role As a Clinical Applications Specialist for Venapax, your role will be pivotal in collaborating with key stakeholders in hospitals and facilities, including surgeons and physician assistants. You will educate customers on the Venapax Process for endoscopically harvesting the saphenous vein or radial artery for bypass procedures. Your Impact Conduct training sessions for new and existing customers through various methods, including didactic teaching, video demonstrations, and bench top models, driving full adoption of our programs. Facilitate synthetic and cadaveric training labs, and conduct training sessions for the sales team. Proctor live cases to ensure comprehensive understanding and application of techniques among customers. Maintain compliance with all internal documentation, quality assurance, and communication policies. Manage administrative tasks such as optimizing schedules in line with business and customer needs. Promote exceptional customer satisfaction through timely and clear communication and professional interactions. Participate in product trade shows and annual training events, representing our brand effectively. Support medical education events, enhancing the understanding and adoption of our products. Work closely with the sales team to leverage and maximize opportunities for Venapax and related products, driving greater adoption and reaching growth targets. Your Qualifications Demonstrated history of achieving strong results in a relevant field. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient presentation and demonstration capabilities. B.S. in Engineering, Neuro or Biological Science with 6 - 8 years of experience in field support, engineering, or a related customer-facing role in the medical device industry preferred. Equivalent education and experience may also be considered. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience required. Prior involvement in endoscopic vessel harvesting strongly preferred. Outstanding organizational and customer interaction skills. Able to manage daily activities independently without specific direction. Physical & Travel Requirements Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time. The base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, along with a performance-based bonus incentive.
