WHAT YOU'LL DO Act as the core of the salon, managing operations while providing the resources necessary for success. Inspire your team to grow their clientele and enhance the business, emphasizing salon profitability and teaching stylists the business fundamentals. Deliver all hair care services offered and ensure the highest quality standards for every guest. Be a mentor and coach for salon employees, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Recruit, train, and manage staff, effectively handling conflicts and client concerns with professionalism. WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS You exemplify customer service, resolve challenges professionally, and lead by example. You excel at developing others, maintaining a positive team atmosphere, and keeping the salon’s financial performance in mind. You possess a current cosmetology or barber license as required by local regulations. You are flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends. You are tech-savvy and can execute administrative tasks, such as closing the system at day’s end. You have the ability to read, write, and perform basic math. You are willing to travel for mandatory meetings and training sessions, including overnight trips. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Good eyesight is essential for observing clients' hair, including close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. This role requires mobility; you will be standing, lifting, and performing repetitive activities, with occasional lifting of 10-25 lbs. Familiarity with various chemicals and fragrances used in treatments is necessary; comfort with these substances is required.
