Job Description Job Title: Skilled Welder / Fabricator (MIG) - 1st Shift Location: Cleveland Suburb, OH Pay: Welders (MIG) - $25/hour | Fabricators - $29/hour Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum 5 years preferred (solid job history equally valued) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our growing team in the Cleveland area. This position is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in precision work, craftsmanship, and reliability. You'll work on custom and production projects where attention to detail and quality are essential. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding and fabrication on a variety of metals to meet exact specifications Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings accurately Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures Operate fabrication tools, including cutting, grinding, and finishing equipment Inspect welds and assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications Maintain an organized and safe work environment Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Qualifications Minimum 5 years of MIG welding and fabrication experience Strong blueprint reading and layout skills Proficient with measuring tools, calipers, and micrometers Consistent attendance, reliability, and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of quality Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $25/hr (Welders) - $29/hr (Fabricators), depending on experience Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday - enjoy long weekends every week Benefits: Company-match 401(k) retirement plan Stable, year-round work with opportunities for growth Apply Today: If you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply for immediate consideration.
