Job Description Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and develop individualized therapy approaches to support their functional goals. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded, holistic patient care. Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and caregivers therapy techniques that promote continued progress beyond therapy sessions. Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring each patient's journey is on a successful path. Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. Encouragement and support for further education or post-grad certifications. Certifications Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
