1st Shift Assembly

PeopleShare is seeking reliable and motivated Assemblers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process. Job Title: Assembler Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st Shift 5:00am-3:30pm with overtime Friday and Saturday Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour to start Responsibilities: Assemble parts and components accurately and efficiently Use hand tools and power tools as needed Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: Previous experience with assembly or manufacturing is a plus, but not required Experience using power tools (cordless drills, power saws, etc.) preferred but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable and able to work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule Benefits: Steady Monday-Friday schedule Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
