About the Role: Odoo is in search of Account Managers to enhance and expand our network of implementation partners. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with partners to assist them in selling, implementing, and supporting Odoo's suite of applications within their service offerings. As a trusted advisor, you'll empower partners to elevate their sales performance, manage client projects effectively, and scale their Odoo practices. The initial two to three months will be entirely onsite for comprehensive training aimed at familiarizing you with our product, partner model, and market strategies. We seek a collaborative, resourceful, and business-savvy individual. Responsibilities: Train partners in effective Odoo software sales and implementation strategies. Coach partners to improve sales processes and performance. Cultivate continuous learning and skill development among partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners for ongoing success. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance partnerships. Collaborate with partners to tailor implementation packages for end customers. Negotiate software requirements and agreements that meet partner and customer needs. Implement cross-functional processes to boost operational efficiency. Enhance communication and collaboration among partners, internal teams, and customers. Identify and pursue opportunities for process optimization and automation. Work with executives to grasp customer needs and position Odoo software as a competitive advantage. Contribute to the development of a customer-centric strategy. Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Fluency in French (professional or native/bilingual). Strong passion for software products. 1-2 years of sales experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Outstanding communication skills. Nice to Have Qualifications: Experience with ERP systems. Experience in a SaaS company. Immediate availability. The estimated annual compensation range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary range of $50,000-$70,000.
