Job Summary As a Water/Wastewater Engineering Project Leader, you will spearhead various projects primarily for municipalities, addressing their water and wastewater challenges. You will engage with municipal clients to achieve effective outcomes and navigate numerous project funding sources. Your project responsibilities will encompass a wide range of initiatives, including water main upgrades, wells, water towers, water treatment facilities, wastewater lift stations, sewer mains, and wastewater treatment plants. With the support of a talented team, you will ensure successful project management that meets or surpasses client expectations while achieving JEO's financial objectives. Responsibilities and Duties Lead the development, strategy, and execution of intricate water and wastewater projects. Directly oversee a project team and ensure client satisfaction. Prepare and manage project budgets, bids, contracts, funding applications, and communication strategies. Oversee a diverse range of project types to ensure quality and timely completion. Build and sustain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or biological systems engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license. A minimum of 6 years of experience in water and wastewater projects, including work with funding and regulatory agencies.
