Recognized for our professional and ethical standards, we value our dedicated team and are committed to investing in their growth and success.What We Offer Health, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) plan with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysOpportunities for career growth within a well-established multi-state firmCollaborative and engaging team environment Your Role: Key Responsibilities Coordinate contract review and approval processes, maintaining status reportsSupport corporate governance activities, including subsidiary records, annual filings, and board/committee materialsMonitor key deadlines such as contract renewals, compliance filings, and litigation or regulatory timelinesProcess invoices, track legal spend, and assist with billing matters for outside counselPrepare presentations, reports, and dashboards summarizing departmental activitiesAssist with compliance, audit, and risk management initiativesMaintain discretion in handling sensitive legal and business informationProvide mentoring or guidance to junior administrative staffMonitor leases, licenses, and onboarding/offboarding of attorneysCoordinate ordering, inventory, and distribution of office and breakroom suppliesMaintain office cleanliness, organization, and common areasLiaise with vendors, service providers, and building managementMaintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenanceAssist with event planning, meetings, and office functions Qualification Education: Paralegal Certification, Legal Studies, or related fieldExperience: 4 to 6 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably at least 2 years supporting an in-house legal department or law firmSkills: Strong understanding of legal terminology, documents, and corporate processesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with contract management systems, e-billing platforms, or legal document management softwareExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment ScheduleFull-time | Onsite | Monday–Friday Ready to Join Our Legal Team?We value your time, so our application process is quick and easy.
