New grads accepted with or without RN Lic Sign on bonus acceptance requires a two (2) year, full-time commitment to the hospital. Attendance is imperative throughout the StaRN Training program Candidates w/ Associates degree welcome - especially if interested in obtaining their BSN (Galen) Pay Rates During Training: Base salary $$8-$$ p/hr Shift differentials: $$ for 2nd, $$ for 3rd and $$ weekends Rate increases after training depending on prior healthcare experience Sign on bonus varies by unit, subject to change
