Job Description Lead preconstruction efforts for projects ranging from $10M-$60M Handle local bids for projects $10M-$20M independently Collaborate with VP of Upstate office and Preconstruction team Develop accurate pricing and documentation for CMaR and Design/Build projects Build and maintain strong relationships with local subcontractors Present cost estimates and proposals to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner. The Successful Applicant A successful Preconstruction Manager / Estimator should have: Extensive CMaR experience in the Upstate market Deep knowledge of local subcontractor base and pricing strategies Strong background in ground-up K-12 educational and hotel projects (industrial experience considered) Ability to work independently and lead preconstruction efforts Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
