Your work plays a critical role in protecting stores, supporting field teams, and ensuring a timely response to alarms and urgent situations. Hours & Pay Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour Schedule: 11:00 PM-7:30 AM (overnight shift) Days: Schedule set by client; must be available to work weekends and holidays Employment Type: Temp-to-hire Training: May occur on a different shift, depending on trainer availability What You'll Do Receive and manage inbound phone calls and emails related to alarms, incidents, and urgent store concerns Serve as the initial point of contact and liaison between store locations, alarm services, and internal teams Professionally de-escalate stressful or emergency situations with a focus on safety and resolution Provide accurate information and problem-solving support with a goal of first-contact resolution Enter and maintain precise customer and incident data in the customer relationship database while on calls Address written correspondence and follow established call center performance metrics Communicate trends, concerns, and recurring issues to supervisors and management Maintain frequent interaction with multiple internal divisions to ensure timely issue resolution What We're Looking For 1-2 years of call center or professional customer service experience Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure Proven ability to handle stressful, high-priority inbound calls Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Comfortable using multiple computer systems and working across screens Reliable attendance and ability to follow procedures precisely Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support different operational needs Ability to work seated for the duration of the shift Benefits & Perks This overnight opportunity offers weekly pay along with access to a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, short-term disability coverage, employee discounts, and more.
