Employee Health Registered Nurse (RN) What You'll Do As an Employee Health Services Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role supporting the health, safety, and wellbeing of employees across the organization. Provide professional nursing care for work-related and minor acute illnesses and injuries, while championing prevention, wellness, and safe workplace practices. Play a key role in onboarding new employees through health assessments and pre-placement screenings, coordinate immunizations and surveillance programs, and collaborate closely with Infection Prevention and Control to promote a healthy work environment. As a trusted advocate, you'll offer health education and counseling, protect employee confidentiality, and support employees through leave of absence and short-term disability processes. What We're Looking For Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Active RN license eligible to practice in Wisconsin Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire) Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Pay & Differentials $29.75 - $44.50 per hour, based on experience Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) retirement plan with company match Tuition reimbursement and professional growth support Competitive Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee discount program Why Join Us?
