Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesRN Residency ProgramDignity Health St. John's - Regional and CamarilloStart Date: August 31, 2026 Our next RN Residency program start date will begin August 31, 2026. Completion will be based on 100% validation of competencies during your clinical hours. Application period is open March 1, 2026 until a sufficient number of applications have been received. Departments Participating: Telemetry Medical / Surgical Emergency DOU Float Pool L & D NICU OB ICU Overview: The New Graduate Residency Program features a challenging program, blending classroom didactics with clinical experience and unit socialization. This program is for recent graduates of RN programs who have less than 12 months experience as a Registered Professional nurse. Timeline: Requisitions posted March 1, 2026. The postings may be removed early, after sufficient applications have been received. Interviews will be held in person beginning in April 2026 The first day of Orientation is August 31, 2026 Job RequirementsQualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience. An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state they will be practicing (interim permits cannot be accepted) upon hire. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required prior to the start of program. Additional Certifications to be required based on department selection.
