Scrum master

Scrum Master Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies includingSprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and mindset to promote self-organization and continuous improvement. Remove impediments that hinder team productivity and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Support Product Owners in backlog grooming and ensuring clear communication of requirements. Monitor team performance metrics and provide insights for process enhancements. Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability within teams. Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and project leaders to ensure alignment across multiple teams and projects. Promote agile best practices in a banking/financial environment, considering regulatory and compliance factors. Required Skills: Extensive experience (12+ years) as a Scrum Master or in an Agile role within banking or finance domains. Valid Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe Program Consultant, etc.). Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, etc.) and practical application. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach diverse, cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work effectively in a regulated environment with a focus on compliance, security, and governance. Leadership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder management.
