We are seeking candidates for Quality Inspector roles. Compensation for these direct hire opportunities ranges between $19.00-$21.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? What you will do as a Quality Inspector: Perform routine and department-specific Quality Inspection, auditing, compliance, and Critical Process inspections throughout the plant in a standardized, efficient, and repeatable manner Provide training to others on critical-to-quality product and process criteria Move boats to various locations (repaint, outside, warehouse, etc.) manually or by pallet jack and assist in heat-shrinking boats as required Work on special projects geared towards product or process improvement Serve as a gatekeeper for customer satisfaction and a quality leader within the facility What you need to be a Quality Inspector: High School Diploma or GED Ability to read drawings and specifications Solid mechanical skills, utilize basic math and reading skills, ability to utilize hand and power tools Must have computer, math, and reading proficiency and ability to use databases Ability to receive and follow instruction Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Ability to perform independently as well as in a team role, possess good organizational skills and ability to follow instructions Willingness to work overtime as required What are you waiting for?
