Job Description As the Project Manager, you will report to senior project leadership and oversee full lifecycle delivery of Class A office interior projects. You will ensure quality, client satisfaction, financial performance, and team coordination throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant For the Project Manager role, we are seeking: MUST HAVE PRIOR COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER EXPERIENCE Proven experience managing Class A office interiors projects More than 50% of career project history within Class A environments (required) Strong tenure and background with reputable, wellknown commercial contractors Ability to be onsite daily and lead all project phases with autonomy Experience managing projects between $5M-$25M Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Understanding that travel flexibility varies depending on project needs Proficiency with construction management systems and project controls software What's on Offer Whats an Offer: Base salary $100,000 - $115,000 (up to ~$120,000 for exceptional, highimpact talent) Strong benefits package, including health, 401(k), and per diem structure Stability within an established, nationally recognized contractor Opportunity for longterm career progression and leadership pathways Supportive, peoplefocused culture with high retention If you are an experienced Project Manager in construction seeking a rewarding opportunity we encourage you to apply today!
