Nurse Practitioner (NP) Location: Columbus, OH Compensation: $140,000 base salary + $10,000 bonus potential About the Opportunity She Recruits is partnering with a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization dedicated to transforming healthcare for underserved senior communities. This innovative group delivers high-touch, VIP-level care that prioritizes patient well-being, better health outcomes, and true work-life balance for providers. Transportation is provided to patients at no cost, and each provider works with a small, manageable patient panel to ensure meaningful care and deeper patient relationships. Position Highlights Base Salary: $140,000 Annual Bonus: Up to $10,000 in year one, with increased earnings as you grow into partnership Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM (last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM) 100% outpatient care, no nights or weekends Small patient panel: 450 max Average daily visits: 18 patients Dedicated support team: Your own MA, scheduler, and care team Value-based care model serving seniors with 3-5 chronic conditions Built-in administrative time during the workday Clinic Features Onsite consulting specialists, including Cardiology and Podiatry Holistic health services such as Acupuncture, Tai Chi, Yoga, and Nutrition Complimentary door-to-door transportation for patients Benefits Package Competitive PTO Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and supplemental plans for you and your family 401(k) with 5.5% employer match Qualifications Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine (required) Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience (required) Ready to practice medicine the way it should be-purpose-driven, relationship-focused, and balanced?
