CANDIDATE PROFILE Latino Network is seeking a bilingual, bi-cultural, mission-driven professional with proven nonprofit and community experience to support low- to moderate-income Latino homeowners in Multnomah County. POSITION SUMMARY The Home Retention & Repair Coordinator implements Latino Network's anti-displacement and housing stability services for low- to moderate-income Latino homeowners in Multnomah County. This role coordinates home repair support and home retention services that help families remain safely housed, reduce displacement risks, and improve home health and safety. The Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for participating homeowners, conducts intakes, verifies eligibility, coordinates home visits, develops scopes of work, gathers and reviews contractor estimates, and supports projects through completion and closeout. In partnership with trusted contractors and community partners, the Coordinator helps remove barriers by guiding households through a clear, supportive pathway to critical repairs and stabilization resources. This is a hands-on, outcomes-focused position for someone who builds strong relationships, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and follow-through PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with Latino Network staff and community partners to identify qualifying program participants. Coordinate strong working relationships with contractors, partner organizations, streamline communication, and drive positive outcomes for clients. Enter all client data accurately and consistently into Well sky and Efforts to Outcomes databases. Coordinate homeowner education workshops in partnership with the outreach and engagement coordinator. Coordinate case management with other service providers assisting clients. Maintain up-to-date client files and program statistics, including but not limited to, client data, volunteer service sheets, and grant-related documentation. Maintain materials, equipment, and forms necessary for program operations. Perform home visits and off-site case management meetings. Requirements SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE Two years of directly relevant experience conducting case management or providing direct client services. Experience conducting home assessments for minor repairs, identifying repair needs, and evaluating housing conditions to support safe, healthy, and stable housing outcomes. Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English. Computer-literate and proficient in Google Suite and database management systems. Knowledge of housing programs and homeownership stability programs is a plus. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with partner agencies, institutions, clients, contractors, and local jurisdictions. Ability to employ critical thinking, sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality of client information. Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet program goals and deadlines effectively. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member. Commitment to personal and professional development. Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Strong community resource navigation skills. ADDITIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Regularly work in the office and in the community as needed. Evening and weekend availability may be required, and work hours are flexible to accommodate program implementation; long hours during peak periods. Reliable transportation required. Automobile, driver's license, and automobile liability insurance preferred; must be eligible to be an insured driver under Latino Network's Commercial Auto Liability (or become eligible within three months of date of hire). May work in the community, including client homes, schools, churches, parks, community centers. WORK ENVIRONMENT Latino Network is a highly engaged work environment with satellite operations and positions performing work both onsite and remotely. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); outdoor weather conditions; extreme cold (non-weather), and extreme heat (non-weather). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
