Civil Engineer Project Manager - Mission Critical Site Development Location: Atlanta, GA | Full-time | 5+ Years Experience | Site Development & Infrastructure Salary: $120,000 - $190,000 About the Role We're seeking a driven Civil Engineer Project Manager with proven experience in mission critical site development to lead fast-paced, high-impact projects in a multidisciplinary environment. This is a key role for an engineer who thrives in fast-moving conditions, enjoys client-facing leadership, and knows how to manage civil engineering teams on tight timelines with high expectations. What You'll Bring - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field - 5+ years of experience in civil engineering project management - Active Professional Engineer (PE) license - Experience leading mission-critical or data center site development projects - Skilled in Civil 3D, 3D BIM coordination, and utility coordination - Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills - Experience in construction administration and multi-discipline collaboration Your Key Responsibilities Project Management - Lead the planning, design, and delivery of mission critical civil/site projects - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including MEP, architectural, and contractor partners - Manage schedules, budgets, and resources across the project lifecycle - Serve as primary liaison with clients and program leadership Mission Critical Focus - Oversee high-speed site development workflows including site due diligence, test fits, and utility logistics - Integrate civil engineering seamlessly into larger critical infrastructure planning - Coordinate with MEP designers to ensure comprehensive technical alignment BIM + Civil Modeling Coordination - Guide 3D BIM modeling for site-related elements - Ensure accuracy, integration, and efficient collaboration across disciplines Construction Oversight - Support field activities and construction administration - Troubleshoot challenges in real time with project stakeholders - Monitor quality, cost control, and contractor deliverables Program Reporting - Report regularly to mission critical leadership - Align project delivery with broader strategic and technical goals Why This Opportunity Stands Out - Mission-critical work that demands innovation and speed - Dynamic, growth-focused team environment - Strong compensation, bonus potential, and benefits - Opportunities for leadership and continuous development Note: Sponsorship is not available for this role.
