Job Description Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional goals. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based approaches to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and activities of daily living. Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Work synergistically with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers therapeutic techniques that promote ongoing progress at home. Track and Adapt Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery pathways. Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized and accredited program. Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications. Certifications Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory. Skills A strong passion for aiding others and a natural inclination to help individuals achieve their maximum level of independence.
