Job Title: Data Entry and Word Processing Employment Type: Contract Work Hours: 40 hrs./week Work site: 100% On Site Location: 354 Broadway, Schenectady, NY 12305 Job Duration: 2 Years Closing: 09/09/2025. Frequency: One candidate is needed for the NYS Gaming Commission Division of Charitable Games. Position is needed for 37.5 hours (8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday) per week, each week for up to two years. Duties: Division of Charitable Games -The duties performed include data entry of licenses and document preparation for scanning. Parking: Parking is available at the Broadway South Lot for $12/month. Ticket purchase and prize payment restrictions: Restrictions apply to the purchase of tickets and payment of prizes. No temporary staff or relative living in the same household as these individuals shall purchase a New York Lottery ticket or be paid a prize in any New York Lottery game or multi-jurisdictional game the New York Lottery is a part of if (i) they conduct duties directly pursuant to the Lottery; or (ii) they have access to information made Confidential by the Commission. The Successful Vendor shall ensure that this requirement is made known to each affected individual and must define how they will comply with this requirement.
