Job Description We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight and limited nursing services within an Adult Family Home serving adults with autism and developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities Medication review and health monitoring Coordinate with primary care providers and specialists Develop health-related care plans Provide limited nursing care consistent with AFH regulations Train staff on health and safety protocols Monitor documentation and compliance Requirements Active Wisconsin RN license Experience in residential or community-based care preferred Knowledge of developmental disabilities and autism Strong communication and documentation skills
